Wheat bags are a natural, drug free way to soothe aches and pains
Heat is very comforting. Wheat bags can be used as heat therapy on any area of your body, they can be moulded to your neck, knee, back, elbow... which ever body part is needing soothed.
Pop your wheat bag inside a sealed plastic bag and put in the freezer for 45 mins, and there you have a fantastic cool pack which can help reduce bruises, strains and muscle pains.
Regular Size 43cm x 13cm containing approx 800g of cleaned wheat.
*Do not over heat, please heat in the microwave for 1 to 1/2 mins, increasing in 30 second increments to no more than 2 mins. Overheating can cause a fire hazard.
